SCS SB 486 -- Fire Protection Districts

Before a registered voter can initiate recall proceedings, this
substitute requires that a fire district board member be
convicted of a felony or a class A or B misdemeanor or commit
some act of misconduct, malfeasance, or nonfeasance relating to
official board duties.
